P.A. GRAY Law provides on-call general counsel legal services to move companies forward through all stages of growth and transition. Leveraging over 15 years as an executive and general counsel and 30 years of corporate law experience, I deliver business-focused legal advice, tailored to the business strategy, bottom line and risk mitigation goals of my clients.

As general counsel to early stage companies with no sales, and companies with sales ranging up to several billion dollars, I integrate the key goals of my clients – designed for the industry and funding environment in which they operate – when delivering legal services.  My unique experience in several industries with troubled companies and companies challenged by competition has expanded the solutions I provide for my clients, especially in their relationships with vendors, customers, lenders, partners, and other third parties.

I work with companies as an “on-call” or part-time general counsel.  First-time engagements include a no charge consultation period during which, through a combination of in-person meetings and other due diligence, I undertake to understand the client’s business so that I can respond effectively on an as-needed basis.  Fee arrangements are tailored based on my client’s needs for on site and off site  services, as per diem, hourly and/or flat fee arrangements.
